He has visited over 60 cement plants across the globe, and counting.Alvaro is an experienced investment banker and corporate advisor, with a 20-year career notably as Global Head of Building Materials at Morgan Stanley and Managing Partner of EDNAM Capital. He acted as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers around the globe and has advised on completed M&A and capital markets transactions totalling more than US$110 billion.
He sits on the Boards of Dangote Cement, Nordkalk, Grupo Estrella, Ciplan.

She was raised on an organic farm.Roberta has been a pioneer in sustainable investing since her early career. She was an investor for over a decade with Generation Investment Management, including being part of the early team that launched its climate-led investment arm, Just Climate.
During this time, she has been a key part of initiatives to advance the fiends of climate impact accounting and investing in systems change, including as Co-Chair of the Deep Transitions’ global investors group and part of the Steering Committee of Project FRAME. She started her career as an investment banker in the Basic Materials team at Morgan Stanley.

Kate has always believed the future is already here - it’s just not evenly distributed. Her career has focused on closing that gap, helping transformative technologies scale across sectors, systems, and countries.
Kate is an experienced business builder and operator who combines scale-up expertise with deep regulatory and policy acumen across Radia’s core sectors, including energy and transportation.
She brings unique commercial and policy experience from roles at Tesla, where she led the development and roll-out of first-of-a-kind C&I battery storage projects, and in the New York Governor’s Office, where she co-founded the NY Green Bank ($1B AUM) and initiated electricity market reform for the State of New York.
At Radia, Kate oversees firm operations and leads the growth platform, which provides portfolio companies with strategic commercial, policy, and partnership support to accelerate scale and impact

His investment background spans across the capital structure, from credit to preferred equity. He also brings significant portfolio management and board experience, including leading complex restructurings.
